History
Founded in late 1960’s and incorporated in 1971 as part of a Model City Neighborhood Program. DCC remains a landmark in the Midtown area of downtown Detroit in providing evidence-based treatment and services.

Specialize in providing ongoing mental health services that include crisis intervention, outpatient therapy, medication management, case management, psychosocial/job readiness training housing placement and housing support programs, residential outreach services and substance abuse treatment and prevention, to low-income adults in Wayne County
